Large-scale installation of environmental graphics
Established a large-scale super graphic installation process using only in-house resources instead of outside installers used in other locations. This initiative resulted in major cost savings for the Stoughton store ranging from $600 to $1500 per each new communication package released for the US market with an average of 8-10 packages produced annually. No involvement in the design other than customizing for local space and dimensions as each store is different.
