From print to LiveDoc Automation
In between quarterly reporting, our department had a goal of automating as many pieces produced with any frequency for ease of production. The first step would be to take the printed piece (designed in InDesign by the Creative team) and recreate it in PowerPoint. From there, manually entered data would be replaced with a component containing a dynamic table to automatically update data from various sources when requested. Seismic works by creating a form where details like as of date, fund name, etc. are filled in so that the correct data is filtered into the template. Either a PowerPoint or a PDF file can be generated right from the tenant, ensuring accurate reporting of data every time.
