Bachelorette beer tasting

My cousin Jen didn’t want to do a typical Vegas-style bachelorette party, it’s so not her vibe. So my sister came up with a really creative and fun alternative. She hosted us at her house for a happy hour with signature cocktails and light snacks, then we went to a studio to make a macrame plant holder (which is a lot harder than I thought it would be).

At the studio, my sister arranged a beer + food tasting and asked for help with the signage, and since I live in Massachusetts and didn’t help planning the party in Philly, I was happy to jump in. I am not much of a beer drinker but she came up with some really interesting combos matching beers with either cheese or chocolate for the event. I was able to find descriptions of each beer to explain the pairing. Check them out!

And since I was already making signs, I decided to tack on a few for the signature cocktails for the happy hour. Side note, both were pretty tasty drinks!
