Co-worker Orientation – Pocket Guide

I was the lead designer / project manager for the communication package for the new Co-worker Orientation program rolled out to all 44 locations in the US. The package includes all digital presentations, participant workbooks, pocket reference guide, facilitator’s guides and editable templates used in the two day program to on-board thousands of newly hired retail co-workers per year across the country in a more consistent manner.

The pocket guide was intended to be a quick reference (for things like department names, phone extensions and procedures) that new permanent, seasonal and temporary co-workers could keep on their person primarily during the busiest times of the year which accounts for ~40% of yearly sales… Back to college in the Boston Metro Area.
